This is the third minor update to the 2.0 update they have done (since 27 April) and the app is STILL broken, rendering the $130 USB stick worthless. Truly the worst customer service I have ever encountered and they treat the customers like morons pretending there is no problem. The iOS does not recognize the USB key anymore and Service/support team were totally unhelpful. Instead of fixing the problem of a broken app, they keep releasing fake updates of useless and unnecessary features. Probably just to get rid of all previous "Current" reviews which are all 100% negative and 1 star because their 2.0 update failed.
