iKlips App Reviews

Received my iklip in the mail. No instructions, no online support, no way to contact app developer. Can only back up pictures as far as I can see.

Very poor instructions, cannot figure out how to get documents from iPad to iklip. Does not work with case/cover on. Am quite disappointed in this device.

I moved 35gb of music, movies, and pdfs and so far have had no issues with accessing any file. Ive downloaded the app on multiple devices and now sharing couldnt be any easier. The new media player is awesome. Couldnt be happier! :)

I really like this product! I think its great but I wish your app has a feature of moving folders or multiple files from iklips to app storage; its a hassle to move files individually! Please give us a feature like this in the next feature and this app will be 5 stars!

You can transfer files from the iKlips to your iOS devices, but I dont think you can transfer files from your iOS devices to the iKlips. Please create extension for other apps.

This software is horrible and unusable. Please make it usable.

What more needs to be said? Freezes often. Wont do what you tell it to. Great product, crap app. Its too bad. AND the new update is even worse than the last one! Fix it so it actually can be used!!!

The app not having an extension option for importing files from other apps makes this otherwise good product a bit of a waste. Fastest Lightning/USB drive out there. But without the ability to take files from other apps and put them in the USB means competitors have the upper hand in this field. Add that feature and Id say this is the best USB option for iOS.

Easy external drive storage and file control. This app just works. I tried a bunch of other file managing apps, but this, coupled with the flash drive, gives you all the file management control you really need.

Its really nice update i like to new features but i really wish to multi select for transfer iklips to iphone. By one by upload iklips to iphone really difficult. I hope will add that feature on next update.

When comparing with competition such as Photofast app, I identified that bluetooth headsets DONT WORK in iKlips (works either with wired earbuds or with speakers) and there is a lack of video format support for MKV and AVI (most popular formats). Please update your software ASAP!!!! At the moment I cant really use it.

Please, add avi support. Leef playback avi format.

Been quite some time now, nothing from developer, still not working. Bummer.

Cannot see any files that a have been saved to the iKlips. This is terrible. Roll back the release to the old version until youve fixed this. Its not like we can use other apps to work with the hardware weve bought. UPDATE: New version still has not fixed the problem. Please just roll back this clearly beta software so that we can use our hardware.

Im waiting for better integration with Microsoft Office -- probably the most important feature for me. Meanwhile, misspelling "whether" as "weather" in the summary of the most recent upgrade doesnt inspire confidence.

Up until this "upgrade" the iKlips was my favorite portable storage device allowing the exchange of content from my Mac or PC to my iPad. However, the new software at best selectively displays files on my iPad. Movies stored on iKlips do not appear and many of the photos Ive transferred are also missing. When I insert the iKlips into my Mac or PC all my files suddenly become available. This device can not be recommended until this issue is fixed.

This is the third minor update to the 2.0 update they have done (since 27 April) and the app is STILL broken, rendering the $130 USB stick worthless. Truly the worst customer service I have ever encountered and they treat the customers like morons pretending there is no problem. The iOS does not recognize the USB key anymore and Service/support team were totally unhelpful. Instead of fixing the problem of a broken app, they keep releasing fake updates of useless and unnecessary features. Probably just to get rid of all previous "Current" reviews which are all 100% negative and 1 star because their 2.0 update failed.

I cant see anything inside lklips after update!! Fixed please

Do Not Upgrade....if you do you wont be able to see pictures or videos that you used to have storage......

Bring back the previous version!!! With the previous version I could hear my music and see my photos. Now with the updated app they are no longer available to see or hear. I cannot even back up the contacts or photos. Previous version allowed this. This problem needs to be fixed immediately!!!!!!!! I rate the app as a negative 100 on a scale of 1 to 10 !!!!! dcmc623
