iKlips App Reviews

I just started using with IPad Pro. Moved documents from my PC word, pdf, excel - worked fine easy find from app on IPad. Moved movies of .MOV, .MP4, MPG Only MOV and MPG played. So no codecs for others. Not too surprised about that, but no way to get files over to AZUL. Add connectivity to AZUL and that would be great. Documents could be moved to Word, Notability etc so that worked well. Drive was very fast on PC and IPAD. Give me landscape mode for the app and AZUL access or mo codecs and ill rate it 4 or 5 stars.

I purchased the 128g and loaded up the app hoping to transfer documents easily. I was wrong. Each time is plug in the device Id receive an error message stating the device as not recognized and needed to be reformatted. After multiple attempts, Ive give up and will use solely as an expensive USB drive. Do not buy device!

The concept of this drive is awesome, but the app ruins it all in one blow. The different categories all show the exact same info (except for “Pictures”), the video player does not play at 24fps like it should and if you try to bring up control center while watching a video then everything crashes. The app is god-awful and needs to be completely re-done. Why would a company make such an expensive product with a pathetic companion app. Stay away from this at all costs until Adam Elements decides to make a usable app.

Cant back up, run out of battery before finishing. Starts over next time instead of picking up where it left off.

Before the upgrade, as deficient the app was, at least it worked. After upgrade to 2.0I cant see any of my files. Even after I reformatted the iklips USB drive it still doesnt work.

I wish I had not enabled auto app update. This new app version will not read the USB drive at all. Rendering it useless for its intended purpose. Please FIX.

Like the other reviewer said, I cannot see any file after the upgrade!

In addition to all the deficiencies noted by others, pictures with wide aspect ratios display fit to the screen which stretches images vertically when viewed in landscape orientation. Oddly, those same images display with the proper aspect ratio when viewed in portrait orientation. The app crashes often enough that it rapidly becomes frustrating to use.

Nothing happens and I get prompts in Chinese. Tried to download a PDF, photos, Word doc, video - no go. Big blank pages. Even removed my protective frames from devices - no help. Same story on iPad and iPhone 6. And zero customer support.

I just received my iKlips duo in the mail today. When I attach it to my phone, the light blink and it registers in the app. However, the second I try to actually use the iKlips for anything in the app, I get the message "please connect your iKlips." This essentially makes the device useless, or at least no more useful than a standard usb drive that I also am not able to use with my iOS devices
